These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of parrotic.ai's website and chatbot platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
parrotic.ai lets website owners create and embed AI chatbots trained on their own content to answer visitor questions and automate customer support.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful content, infringe on others' rights, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our pricing with advance notice.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to train your chatbot. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service for you.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by parrotic.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that chatbot responses will always be accurate or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, parrotic.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
